For more than thirty years, fine watches have been at the center of my work: Patek Philippe above all, along with Rolex and Cartier. For much of that time I handled these watches new, working directly with the manufacturers. Today my work is in the pre-owned and vintage market, which is where that background matters most — knowing what a watch should be, what it is actually worth, and what it needs.

Buying a pre-owned Rolex, Cartier or Patek Philippe

If you are looking for a particular reference, I will find it through the trade network I have worked with for decades, inspect it; condition, originality, service history and price. Many of the watches I place never appear on a public website. I also source other fine makers on request.

Selling your watch

If you want to sell a Rolex, Cartier or Patek Philippe in New Orleans, I can make you an offer directly or advise you on the best way to sell it. Either way you get a clear number and the reasoning behind it. Bring the box and papers if you have them. If you don't, the watch can still be evaluated.

What is my watch worth?

A watch's value turns on details that are easy to miss: the reference number, the dial, whether parts have been replaced, when it was last serviced, and whether the papers match the watch. I look at all of it. I provide watch valuations for sale, for insurance, and for dividing an estate.

Service and repair Advisory

A fine watch needs regular service to keep good time and hold its value. I offer advise on the best way to service Rolex, Cartier and Patek Philippe watches — through the manufacturer where that is the right choice, or through independent watchmakers. If you are not sure whether your watch needs service, bring it in and I will tell you.
